There are many different processes involved in making custom jewelry, and the specific steps will depend on the design and materials you are using. Here are main processes that may be involved in creating stainless steel custom jewelry which is provided by Minlonn Jewelry:
1. Create the design: The first step in creating stainless steel jewelry using a reverse mold is to create a design. This may involve sketching out your ideas or using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create a digital model. The drawing design will be sent to you for first step design checking and confirming.
2. 3D printing: Once you have your design, you will need to 3D print it. This involves using a 3D printer to create a physical prototype of your design. The RND team will make the initial wax mold from CAD drawing design by the 3D printing technology.
3. Make a master mold: Using the 3D printed prototype, you will create a mold. This process is using the 3D wax mold and then reversing to the metal master mold. The master mold are for customer design checking and rubber mold making.
4. Make a rubber mold: The master will make the cutting to create a rubber mold according to the metal master mold. And the rubber mold is for future sample or mass order production.
All communication for customized products, from the initial sketch design to the precise processing of the master template, needs to go through the above four steps. During this process, we also provide the design drawings and master images to the customer for confirmation before starting the production of samples, to ensure that every design perfectly meets the customer's wishes and requirements. Most importantly, our R&D team strives to complete the entire process within the specified time.
